When signing up and purchasing InDance courses, please read the business and cancellation conditions carefully.
- After signing up for the InDance course, it is necessary to pay the membership fee within 14 days in order for the place in the course to be reserved for the dancer.
- If payment is made before the beginning of the semester and no attendance is made, the cancellation fee is 0% . Can only be used if you check out before the start of the semester. Participation can be canceled in writing by e-mail to info@sinoinfo.info without giving a reason, with the right to a 100% refund. Refunds are only possible to the account from which the payment was originally made. The refund of the fee to another account must be supported by a confirmation from the bank, which documents the owner of the account.
Refunded fees are always due once a month, at the end of the month in which their refund was confirmed. - Po absolvování první lekce po přihlášení (tzv. ukázková zkušební lekce zdarma) a následném okamžitém odhlášení jsou storno poplatky 0%. Lze uplatnit pouze při okamžitém odhlášení, ne s prodlevou větší než jeden týden od absolvování první lekce. Účast lze zrušit písemně e-mailem na info@sinoinfo.info bez udání důvodu s nárokem na 100 % vrácení platby.
a. In the case of registration before the beginning of the school year, the first lesson is considered the one to which the dancer arrives, but no later than the 4th week after the beginning of the school year. If the dancer does not arrive by the 4th week from the beginning of the school year, he is considered to have arrived for the first lesson.
b. In the case of registration after the beginning of the school year (at any time during it), the first lesson is considered to be the lesson to which the dancer arrives, but no later than the 4th week after registration. If the dancer does not arrive within the 4th week from the time of his registration, he is considered to have arrived for the first lesson.
c. The first sample lesson is free only if the dancer does not continue the course. If the dancer continues the course, the first lesson is included in the half-year payment.
Refund of the fee is possible only to the account from which the payment was originally made. The refund of the fee to another account must be supported by a confirmation from the bank that documents the account owner.
Refunded fees are always due once a month, at the end of the month in which their refund was confirmed. - U předškolních kurzů při absolvování 2-3 lekcí po přihlášení a následném okamžitém odhlášení se storno poplatek rovná ceně za absolvované hodiny (poměrná část). Lze uplatnit pouze při okamžitém odhlášení, ne s prodlevou větší než jeden týden od absolvování 3. lekce. Lekce se počítají od lekce, kterou účastník kurzu absolvuje jako první. Vrácení poplatku je možné pouze na účet, ze kterého byla platba původně učiněna. Vrácení poplatku na jiný účet musí být podloženo potvrzením z banky, které dokládá vlastníka účtu.
- In the event of an accident, hospitalization or long-term illness, a proportionate part of the fee for missed lessons can be transferred to the next semester, to a summer event organized by Pop Balet z.s. (e.g. Baby Dance Camp, Příměstský InDance camp, Seven8, Summer Dance School or Dance Without Borders), or to another course participant. A long-term illness is considered an illness longer than three weeks. The paid membership fee cannot be refunded.
- In the event of force majeure (e.g. if classes at the InDance Dance School are temporarily limited or interrupted due to a regulation of the Government of the Czech Republic or relevant ministries, in the event of a natural event affecting the operation of the InDance Dance School , etc.) does not arise for a member of Pop Balet, z.s. automatically entitled to a refund of the membership fee or its proportional part. In case of force majeure, the management of the association is entitled to propose to its members alternative payment for services already paid, in the corresponding scope and quality of services, which is considered an adequate substitute service. If it is necessary to switch to teaching in the form of online lessons, these are considered a 50% replacement for face-to-face lessons in dance halls. If it is necessary to switch to teaching in outdoor spaces, the lessons realized in this way are considered a 100% replacement for lessons in dance halls.
- By paying the membership fee, the course participant becomes a temporary member of Pop Balet, z.s., which does not entail any obligations or liabilities. Payment of the membership fee entitles the participant to take dance lessons to the appropriate extent.
