2. Purpose of data processing:
Data processing is necessary for the administration and organization of the dance school. This is data that is necessary for the Administrator to prepare and run the organization. If necessary, they may be requested from us by authorized institutions (e.g. regional hygiene station, medical facilities, etc.), to which we are obliged to provide them. These personal data will be used exclusively for the necessary administrative preparation and organizational provision of the dance school, in order to provide relevant services organized by the Administrator.
We also process your data for the fulfillment of our legal obligations in the sense of Article 6 paragraph 1 letter . c) Regulations. This means, for example, accounting, tax and archiving obligations, the provision of cooperation with administrative authorities, the police, courts, etc. These personal data will always be processed for the period prescribed by law. Furthermore, the data is processed within the framework of defending our legitimate interests - e.g. for effective defense in the event of dispute, even if we don't expect it. In that case, the retention period is extended by the time for which any dispute is being conducted. Our legitimate interest is also the sending of commercial communications in accordance with § 7 paragraph 3 of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services and in accordance with point 47 of the Regulation. This is the period during which we provide you with the service and subsequently for a period of 1 year.
As part of the protection of our rights, personal data is also processed through the video recording of the camera system in the premises that we use for the provision of services. Personal data within the scope of these records will be made available to law enforcement authorities or administrative authorities for conducting misdemeanor proceedings in case of extraordinary events.
